Just Horrible

The Jets are 1-6.
They were leading at one point 23-10,
but lost 38-31.
I guess there isn't much to say after that.

Mangenious? I don't think so!

Eric Mangini's decision to start Chad Pennington this Sunday is of course his and his alone. However, if the Jets lose to the Bengals, I would think that Kellen Clemens will start the next game. The QB always takes the fall, although if someone on defense can't tackle, like the Jets have been doing lately, you can't blame that on him.

Doesn't Make Difference...

Call them The Titans, call them The Jets...I know what I'd like to call them but not here...they still stink!
They are 1-5 and STILL the coach won't put in Kellen Clemens.
Well, to look on the bright side, they will have a top round draft pick and an easier schedule if they continue to play like this!

Finally!

It's fall, and the weather actually feels like the season it is supposed to be.
Football weather. Although the way the Jets are playing these days, if they lose Sunday, there will be plenty of heat on the coaches and players.

Springsteen

I wrote this in an earlier blog, but if anyone has an extra Springsteen ticket for Madison Square Garden, either the 17th or 18th of October, please let me know ASAP.
I know he is in the Continental Arena in Jersey tonight and tomorrow, but that means driving to Manhattan in the morning which is a drag. The Garden is so much more convienient.
